Absolute Ejuice is based in the UK and operates out of a 66,000 square foot premises to an ISO 9001 accredited level which includes both ISO Class 7 & ISO Class 8 Cleanroom and independent laboratory equipped with fully certified equipment to ensure we constantly provide products and services that meet the needs of our customers. The purpose-built 6,000-square-foot cleanroom within our facility is a model of leading technology within the vaping industry. Our facility is a product of detailed planning, years of experience, research, development and thousands of hours of design and fine tuning. Every consideration was given to develop the finished article. Co-designed with an industry leading pharmaceutical design and construction company our cleanroom is an unrivalled environment for the manufacturing of e-liquids.

Our process starts with hand-selected, independently tested ingredients, procured through the highest calibre suppliers. After certifying their ingredients and components, we mix the raw materials together under the direction of our qualified chemists and lab technicians. After those materials are mixed, they steep to perfection under stringent conditions, until they are ready to be processed through our automated lines. The equipment exists within an ISO 7 & ISO 8 cleanroom environment, operated by seasoned professionals. We use an integrated manufacturing and resource planning system, created in house with a team of expert software engineers, designed specifically for the needs of a cutting edge E-Liquid manufacturing business. This allows for a deep level of traceability and auditing for every single level of the manufacturing process, and streamlines to allow for maximum efficiency and cost savings.

We work tirelessly to ensure we use only the finest ingredients in our E-Liquids never compromising on product quality and safety. Our supply chain is ISO9001 standard, including full batch control traceability which is managed by our bespoke production management software, Absolute Control. All our own E-Liquids are made right here in the UK and are fully CLP and TPD compliant. They are manufactured to food grade standards in our very own ISO Class 7 & ISO Class 8 cleanroom under the strictest conditions, and every batch produced undergoes rigorous Quality Control inspections.
